Poor, very poor.... As a Platinum member of Marriott Bonvoy, I have had the pleasure of staying at over 1,000 Marriott hotels worldwide, and I am usually extremely satisfied with the service. However, on this occasion, there was an incident that fell far below the usual Marriott standard. On October 5th this year, at around 8 a.m., I used the chat service to request an early check-in in your hotel. The request was positively acknowledged, so I arrived at the hotel around 12:30 p.m. The male receptionist was totally friendly and highly professional, but very busy and directed us to a lady at the second desk (her name was either “Marie” or “Mary”). Unfortunately, she informed us, in a rather brusque manner, that our room would not be ready for another 2-3 hours. We took a seat in the waiting area but soon noticed that several other guests were able to check in and head to their rooms. When we followed up with her, she once again responded in a curt tone, saying, “As I told you already…”. There may very well be reasons why Platinum members are occasionally asked to wait while other guests are accommodated first. However, I found the tone and attitude in this situation to be inappropriate and inconsistent with Marriott’s standards of hospitality.. .

the stay was good. I would stay there again.... Breakfast was wonderful. The hotel was clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly and ready to help. We enjoyed the use of the gym. The hotel is located in a great location for sports fans...close to Stade de France.. The design of the showers is a bit problematic. In the first room we were assigned, the carpet was very musty. We realized it was from the shower where the water tended to over-run and leak onto the carpet. We reported it and we were very pleased that the hotel staff changed our room. However, the issue may be the design of the showers..

Great location. Easy access to the train. And easy to get around.. Breakfast was great. I was confused because I paid extra for breakfast. Some other people told me it was included. So I do know. But breakfast was good.. Seems like the key cards kept having issues nightly. Had to either get it reset or have the security guard open our room door . Also. I paid before on line with booking.com. But when I checked out. They claim I never paid. So did I pay twice? Was there a misunderstanding on my part. I don’t know what I paid for. The bill have no record of me paying anything in advance. I have the receipt from the hotel. And an Email from Booking.com. I paid different amounts but neither the less I still paid twice..

Clean Comfortable Hotel . Recently stayed 3 nights. Hotel staff was great and room clean. Hotel was full but never felt crowded except mornings. Area around the hotel feels like an African country not France. Subway is near and takes about 40 minutes to get downtown. Would stay again.. .

Terrible. Stay away. And I love Marriott chain hotels.. As a Marriott Bonvoy Platinum for Life member, I’ve had the pleasure of staying at numerous Marriott properties, from Ritz-Carlton and St. Regis to Moxy and Four Points. Unfortunately, this hotel stands out for all the wrong reasons—it is by far the worst experience I’ve had across the entire brand. In my brief 12-hour stay, I encountered an astounding number of issues. First and foremost, if you don't speak French, I highly recommend avoiding this hotel. The majority of the staff either don’t speak English or, worse yet, the few who do were rude and dismissive. It was incredibly frustrating. Here’s a quick rundown of my experience: I was initially given the wrong room upon check-in. I was asked to pay for breakfast, even though it was included in my booking. When I inquired about a power adapter, I was assured one was available. However, after going to the lobby, I was told they had none—only to witness another guest being handed one. I was charged for something I never purchased. On four separate occasions, I was told by staff, “Sorry, I do not speak English." I complained to the staff (the few that understood English) and the hotel manager about my problems, but they didn't see bothered with it as well and just wanted me to leave as soon as possible. As someone who loves Marriott, this was an incredibly disappointing stay. I urge others to look elsewhere—even a hostel would be a better choice.. .
