Very good. All of the staff we dealt with were extremely helpful. The hotel is in a great location with lots of great restaurants and cafes within a few minutes walk. Very clean, comfortable and was ideal for a long weekend break.. .

Disappointing. . The rooms were too dark. No natural light. The staff on the front desk were both visibly chewing gum whilst talking to us. The hot breakfast food was warm at best..

3 Star Hotel. Shower great!!!. Room cramped for 3 people... air conditioning warm... when ask to change temperature with reception he was blunt... said open windows then went off phone.... room was extremely warm on our arrival and anytime we returned....

Great hotel in easy reach of a lot of attractions.. Great location for the Olympic Stadium (pleasant 45 min walk). Close to the Vatican too. Staff were very friendly. Room was clean and the mini bar was a welcome addition with reasonable prices. Breakfast was buffet style with the usual hot and cold options. The view from the restaurant on the 6th floor was excellent.. .
