Hotel like Home. We stayed here for five nights and four days. Very respectful and professional staff and manager who made everything go smoothly despite the problems we encountered. A big thank you to Mr. Redvan. Large and very clean rooms. Cleaning is done every day in the best way. Breakfast is served regularly and has a decent variety. But if you prefer to have a self-service breakfast, it is not here. The view is incredibly beautiful in the restaurant. The only problem was the noise from the cafe in front which bothered me a lot, but if you book the king or back rooms the noise is not annoying. Access to Taksim Square and public transportation is really great.. .

A bit run down.... I had two nights here, in a junior suite on a high floor. The location is excellent - close to everything, and in a very lively and interesting area. There is a lot of noise, but it didn't bother me too much. The room was large and spacious, and I guess it once looked like it does in the photos. But it all seemed a bit tired - though at least it was clean. The breakfast was a bit poor - I skipped it the second day; limited selection and low quality. Staff were friendly.. .

I stayed for 3 nights. the hotel location is quite good being next to Isteklal street and 10 minutes walk to taksim square. The hotel is surrounded by shops. It also got next door a small grocery shop as well .The hotel is quite clean with nice ambiance. The staff are super nice, especially the restaurant chef, Zohreh, she was always caring about the food and tried to make best for the breakfast.. .

Nice hotel and helpful staff. My stay was pretty comfortable, and the hotel is pretty enough, it has everything I needed. As other people mentioned, the room was very small, which is not surprising given that it is in the old part of Istanbul surrounded by tiny streets and a lot of small businesses. It is basically a renovated old building. The location is great: close to the subway, to the tram, to the main business street, etc.
Unlike my experience with other businesses in the city, the staff was really good and helpful to me, specially Sultan in the reception desk.. .

my opinion . the location of the hotel is in the middle of istiklal street , if you want to visit this hotel always take a junior suite room or you will be disappointed, and changing the manager every year is not a good thing, especially that the last manager is rude and not helpful . .

terrible hotel. Not clean, no responsible, bed not comfort. I left the hotel two nights earlier , even I asked them to give me receipt of check out to refund the unused nights but they refused!. .
