. No se lo pude describir como hotel. Es un cuarto con cama y baño con desperfectos La recepción fincionoba a ratos. El desayuno nos mandaron a una cafetería de barrio bien fea mala experiencia . .

Good stay for price although street is very noisy. The room was on the small side but acceptable for the price paid. AC worked well and service was friendly. Rooms were fairly clean. The only major issue was the noise on the street from the bar next door. People would be drinking, shouting, playing music till late hours. Noise could be heard through the closed windows. This isn't in the control of the hotel but it ruined an otherwise pleasant stay. . .

Not as described with extra costs on check in. On arrival at 6.30pm the reception desk was closed, the man in the bar outside had to contact them for us and after about 15 minutes someone did appear. On checking in we had to pay the city tax which was advised in the description and so we were aware of this, what was not in the description was that you had to pay 10 euros per night for air conditioning, if required, and when it’s 38 degrees it’s required, and that if you book a room for three you only pay to hotels.com for a double room and you have to pay the hotel, in cash, another 10 euros per night for the extra bed, which was already part of the room make up anyway as it pulled down out of a cupboard that was fixed to the wall!!! The rooms are very basic, there isn’t a working hairdryer in the hotel, contrary to the room facilities list, and the breakfast, well the picture would lead you to think you were going to have a lovely rooftop table, no what you actually do is walk two blocks away and sit in a little cafe at the side of a very busy road to be served a drink and croissant of your choice. On checking out at 8am again reception was closed and we had to contact to be told to leave the key in the room and all would be ok. We didn’t expect 5 star hotel as we booked a budget city break but chose this hotel based on the description and photos which are both quite misleading, and costly.. .

pretty good stay in Roma. hotel was a short walk from the main train station, about 10 mins with luggage. staff were friendly and helpful with maps/directions. theres a hostel joint on at the street front with a bar which fills up with kiwis and aussies by the sound of it but the hotel rooms are in the rear and we had no noise or problems from our room. room has good AC, which was a lifesaver! breakfast was an OK continental with coffee made too order being a nice touch.. .

. Arrivati ore 23.45,nonostante abbia avvertito il personale,le chiavi della stanza sono state lasciate al ristorante adiacente,che purtroppo aveva confuso il check in NOSTRO con altri soggiornanti.Dopo lunghe discussioni telefoniche con il proprietario (che non voleva darci le chiavi in quanto sosteneva la camera non fosse stata pagata)alle ore 01.00 del 16/12/2022 siamo riusciti ad entrare in camera,era una camera con letti singoli,gelata,non vi era il telecomando per azionare la pompa di calore,coperte in flanella infeltrite e sporche .Stravolti dal viaggio ci siamo addormentati.Il mattino siamo scesi per la colazione,ma non era possibile farla in loco,ci è stato dato un biglietto per andare a 500 mt di distanza in un bar (squallido) convenzionato ,possibile prendere solo un caffè o cappuccino,un micro succo di frutta e un cornetto. Il proprietario non voleva trattenere le valigie,pretendeva che ci muovessimo con esse,riversava su di noi i problemi personali che da periodo covid affliggono la struttura,parlava delle sue perdite economiche,della riduzione delle stanze,del licenziamento portiere,e dinnanzi alle mie rimostranze mi invitava a pagare io il personale per un servizio migliore. Tornati a prendere le valigie le abbiamo trovate in un cortile all’aperto sotto l’acqua in quanto pioveva. Il check in e check out sono stati fatti contemporaneamente la mattina al risveglio e mi è stata stornata la tassa di soggiorno (non era mia richiesta). . .

Crumby hotel. . Extremely small room, shower. Bad bearing in bath fan, poor lighting in bath for shaving, only English on TV was rock n roll video channel, Elevator ends Floor 6, breakfast on FL 7, coffee, imitation juice, hard roll, danish, prepackaged sliced cheese. Door locks at 9PM, no sign how to call desk. Fresh used condom on window sill halfway up to breakfast...NICE. No room coffee. 4 towels, only 1 towel rack. Shower so small, you have to leave door open to wash your feet. Poor English, breakfast girl spoke none, made wrong coffee. Would never stay here, even though location OK.. .

Basic but good value and excellent location. This hotel is just 5 minutes walk from Termini station and 2 minutes from the nearest Metro stop. The breakfast is very basic but the small rooftop terrace is ideal for that first coffee hit. Very close to lots of bars and restaurants. .

. A very basic hotel, however given all you need is a clean bed to lie in after a days sightseeing it was more than adequate. Stayed in a single room, room itself was big enough for what I needed however the shower room was in the small size (would choose a double room in the hope the shower room is bigger if I chose this hotel again).. .
