Good. Location is great for tourism. Room was spacious and all needed features in place. Breakfast was humble, yet fresh and quite tasty. Stuff was very helpful always. A big plus for laundry machines.. While lobby was quite fresh, room's design and furnitures were clearly outdated. Tideness of the room was not perfect and cleaning once per 3 days is too little. Price/quality ratio for me was on average level, for that price I would expect more but perhaps that's what you get in BCN..

Very poor. Beach is 20min walk and same with city center. We have stayed in this hotel 4 times now, we come back each year in spring time. Since change of management the rooms are dirty - red and mouldy tiles are bathrooms. Bathrooms need attention generally are very dusty too. Gummy bears under the beds. Drawers not checked as I found toys from previous guests.
Fridge - freezes everything. Kitchen splashback greasy and cooker is burned. Microwave lets nots get started.
We paid early check in from 12pm. We arrived at 11am, hoping we would be let in but it was a firm NO! Saying this, this was never an issue when it was managed by Frasers. We always arrived at the same time and never paid early check in.
Kids zone closed. Gym Closed. No mention of this at all before arrival.
The fridge at the front with drink and snacks is not there anymore, this was very handy.
One lift is in repair - and they put up plaster boards infront of the elevator doors does not give a nice fresh look..

Nice size of room but no service and horrible smelly toilet. Well the location is good. Not too far from all things to be but not great either. The room is spacious and it’s more like an apartment.
However it is not a hotel service level. There is no room service for the first few days, not consumables in the room.
But what really let this place down is the smell from the toilet that, unless windows are always kept open, render staying inside the room unbearable. I guess it depends of the room or maybe floor level.. .

Great family friendly hotel in a safe location. Safe location, was nice to have the mini kitchen, free laundry facilities, good breakfast (on the days I opted in), nice staff, restful, 20 minutes from the airport. The dryers took almost 3 hours to completely dry a load..
