Excellent central location in comfy hotel. Excellent central location right next to the Pantheon and 15 minute walk to the Colesseum. Varied breakfast options, lovely roof terrace. Comfy beds and very friendly staff.. .

Your at the heart of everything. . We stayed at this hotel as a last-minute change of heart.purly for the location to everything by foot. You're literally 90 seconds from the Pantheon if you go in the right direction..( a story for another day)
The hotel is accessed by a buzzer on an intercom system, and then a door buzzes open.once you shut the door, the hassle and bustle of Rome vanishes.it is replaced by a tranquil courtyard.
Two flights of stairs to the main reception and we had our first encounter with the fabulous hotel staff. Although over 6 hours early for check-in, we were allowed to leave our suitcases at no extra cost and start our adventure.
The hotel is very old, and on the first walk around, it feels a little disjointed, but this just adds to the charm.
We stayed on the top floor again, three flights of stairs or a very old fashioned traditional lift will get you there.
The room was spacious and very comfortable for a family of three. The rooms were leaned and made up every day, and we received enough clean towels for our needs.
The roof terrace was a nice surprise, and even in February, it was warm enough to sit and listen to the distant hum of a beautiful city.
Breakfast was continental as expected and was very well stocked.the room is small, and one morning felt very claustrophobic, but that is genuinely my only criticism. . .

Well worth booking here, for the location and staff alone.. Location is incredible. Staff are exceptional. Price was brilliant. Would highly recommend. The main bed could be slightly more comfortable but it was fine.. .

Very good. The location is excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. We were in a room near the breakfast room, it was quite noisy in the morning. If I was going back I would request a different room.

Superb. Location and staff fabulous. Clean and had a nice family vibe to it.. Some on street noise, if you are light sleeper you will struggle with the rooms facing the street..

Pantheon Inn. The Pantheon Inn was great!! It’s in an incredible location and you can easily walk to most of the major Rome sites (Pantheon, St Mary’s Basillica, Vatican City, Tiber River…) The room was quite clean and the hotel desk was quite helpful with arranging transportation from the airport, to the train station, etc. We would absolutely stay at this Inn again.. .

Select your room carefully. On the plus side
Good location in the middle of Rome steps from the Pantheon. Anything is walkable from here
Good breakfast, clean rooms, and a really nice rooftop terrace to bring a bottle of vino
But
Our room was small- tiny! I’m 6’2” and I didn’t stand straight up for 4 days. The tiny bathroom ceiling is low too however at least it slants upwards so I could stand straight in the shower. This area is called a suite. That’s because there are two locked bedroom and a small common area. Thanks but I would like a room I don’t have to share with other travellers. So we had the bedroom. No table, no chair and barely enough room to walk around the bed.
This was NOTHING like the photos on the website. I suppose all rooms are not as small so if you get a bigger room, congratulations. I know it’s only a place to sleep but this was a little hard to swallow for what we paid.. .

Location excellent - however this property is not suitable for older travellers with mobility issues. The Location of the Pantheon Inn is excellent! It is in easy walking distance of Trevi, beautiful churches, lovely bars and restaurants and of course the Pantheon was literally around the corner.
The breakfast as reasonably good.
The style of the property was very unusual and typically Roman.
The staff are lovely, though sometimes did not understand our concerns.
The room was pleasantly decorated.. We were given the 'Minerva' room which was on the ground floor at the entrance and somewhat separate from the main part of the hotel. As the hotel is also part of an apartment complex - this was very noisy, with residents pulling into the area on scooters etc. and obviously general 'traffic' passed the door accessing the hotels and apartments.
As we are both in our 70's, the Minerva suite was really not suitable. It was on 3 levels, with narrow wooden staircases, which were very difficult to maneouvre.
Accessing the bed was extremely difficult! - at one side the gap between the bottom of the bed and the metal post at the top of the narrow staircase was only about 15-20cms!
Bathroom area on lowest level.
There was a small kitchen area with 2 cups, 4 glasses, but no cutlery or means of washing up.
The tap in the bathroom sink was very stiff to operate - as was the plug..

Location is perfect but a few issues. 1. The location was excellent!
2. The Receptionist was so lovely, friendly and helpful
3. Good choice of breakfast items
4. Large room. 1. Noise. The walls between bedrooms were paper thin, so I could hear the neighbours' conversations. At one point, I woke up thinking they were in my room talking. When breakfast starts there is also a lot of noise from staff and other guests. The location of my room was more of a factor in this.
2. A/C is not individually controlled.
3. Mattress is old and very worn as there were large dips in the middle..
