Stuff was unfriendly and unhelpfull.. The toilet bowl was not properly secured, and sewage was leaking out of it. It took them the whole day to seal and fix it, and the handyman who did the repair only apologized..

Perfect in every way !. Excellent location, central to all major attractions in walking distance, lovely road but very quiet in room, you step into the courtyard and met by a member of staff then take a ride in the fabulous old lift. Reception staff are so welcoming and friendly with lots of information if required.
Our room was perfect for a three night stay, small but adequate - beautiful and clean, fresh towels each day, bed comfortable with soft and firm pillows - perfect! Good shower and hair dryer to plug in, not on the wall in the bedroom.
Breakfast was good, excellent choice of pastries and delicious cakes, selection of hot bacon, scrambled eggs, fruit and cereal to set you up for the day .
We couldn’t have wished for a better hotel for our 3 night stay in Rome, would definitely recommend!. .
