if care about personal safety do not book here🚫. nothing. the old man on reception is always angrey does not know how to handle tourists and racist.first I walked he said no rooms available, but i told him that I do have a reservation from booking then checked me in. the room was very small and bathroom dirty as hell everything either broke or do not work. I think he doing this for non refundable policy, otherwise, he stole money in professional way. and safety is zero I can open my room door from outside with only pushing the door no need for the key, do not recommend at all.

Perfect for solo travel or couple as long as you spend your days sightseeing. The staff has always been great and very attentive, the location is incredible since you are walking distance to all the big sites located in Istanbul Old City, very safe area with many shops around you so buying souveniers and going out for a bite is extremely easy. I have stayed here three times but it is the first time in which I stay at the 6th floor to which the elevator does not work. This should be warned to guests. Also, there were some renovations going on and during the day there was constant hammering and drilling sounds..
