. The staff was wonderful, but there was no lift. Luckily we only had to carry are luggage up to the 1st floor. The room was not as clean as I would like, I wiped down all the dust with my clorox wipes. There was a small amount of mildew on the bathroom walls. The sink, shower and toilet shared the same floor so if you took a shower floor was completely wet on entering the bathroom. Breakfast was ok, but the view was spectacular. The hotel is on the tram line so use Airport Transfer to get to Hotel, taxi drivers will leave you the closest they feel and you have to walk to hotel. . .

Look around at other deals before booking . Hotel was very disappointing, seemed more like a B & B. Very small entrance and very out dated. We had booked a double room with a queen sized bed and views of the city which was confirmed by e mail by the hotel. What we got was a small room with 3 single beds squashed in it, a view of a cluttered back yard and brick walls. The wardrobe was impossible to get into as a very tatty and dirty couch had been wedged against the wardrobe and a wall. The bathroom could fit one person in and was shabby & dirty. Our friends room didn’t even have a window so no view at all !!! The picture on the web site is very misleading it shows two ladies sat on the roof top terrace over looking the blue mosque. In fact it wasn’t in use when we went up there in the evening to have a drink and admire the view. All the tables were stacked away and not a chance of getting a drink as no one was around. The only good thing about this hotel is that the location was fantastic, easy walking distance to most of the attractions. . .

Lovely and central. Lovely little hotel. Very clean and tidy. Staff helpful and friendly. Bathroom a little small with no cubicle for the shower but perfectly uesable.Right next to the Sultanhammet Park and Blue Mosque, which you can see from front rooms and the roof terrace. Right next to tram station. Easy for travelling around. Only down side was, lots of steps between the reception and roof terrace. Could do with a lift.. .

Loved it. Room may be dated, but what it lacks in modernity is made up for in staff, location, breakfast & WiFi. I am in awe for the help rendered by Ms Cigdem, she answered my emails prior to arrival, arranged for airport transport & was a charming host. She recommended a one day trip, which turned up to be the best day of my stay. Faith, who works the night shift is courteous & very helpful. Location is the best, Blue Mosque, Topkapi & Ayasofia are a short walk away. The tramway station is right outside the door, and the street is full of eateries & money changers, tour agencies ... Etc. The view from the terrace , where breakfast is served, is just breathtaking. But don't just think about the view, the breakfast was varied, delicious & served with a smile daily. This is my first visit to Istanbul & I loved it thanks to the hotel staff. Excellent work, thank you.. .

Transit trip via Istanbul!. Nice multistoried reasonably clean place at a very affordable price. The view from the rooftop restaurant is to die for… just the perfect view of Istanbul landmarks…. Sitting and sipping coffee is an experience to add to one’s travel memories! Perfect place for a low budget holiday in Istanbul!. .

Perfect spot to explore Istanbul. This is a small and welcoming hotel in a perfect location. Easy to get to: I got there by metro from the airport (with 1 change) and the hotel is right across from the station. They also offer airport shuttle at a very good price (twice less than most hotels I've seen). And its within walking distance to a must see Istanbul's attractions. The room was tiny but clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, a great experience!. .

Very very small room and towels not clean. The location is perfect but the room is terrible, the breakfast is not good, the room did not accommodate our bags, i asked to change it to a bigger room as was shown in the reservation but that didn't happen. We were two and the reservation should be comfort standard double bed room. The new towels had brown strains!! I do not recommend this hotel even if the location looks perfect on the map. They are showing false picture of the property on the internet. I will attach picture for the room, the toilet and the dirty new towel.. .
