Worst hotel experience. One of the worst hotels I have stayed at, booked 3 rooms in total, got given what they said was a double room but it was so small I could not even fully open their wardrobe doors. Window was broken somewhat just hanging off the the top hinge, it was only the bottom hinge keeping it still on. Got spa treatments here for hammam and body massage which hurt when being massaged to the point the next day I saw my leg was bruised. While lying naked on the bed not fully covered another staff member enters without knocking leaving the door open for other people to look in. Then left not fully closing the door. Paid £70 for hammam and massage but when trying to query the prices the lady kept changing her story. All she kept saying is I’ll do you a better package deal but was trying to charge me more thinking I would not notice. When booking it’s advertised free hammam but the catch is it’s only free if you do it yourself and they will provide the gloves needed. Not worth booking this hotel. Breakfast bar is supped to be open between a certain time yet when they feel like it they close it off earlier than what they’re supposed to. . .

Pleasant. Location of the hotel was in good place. Breakfast wasn’t so good. Not much things to eat. Juice fruit drinks taste was bad. Not much choices. Not recommended to have breakfast in that hotel..

Bad. Nothing about the hotel was nice.. Everything, the staff wasn't friendly, the cleaners could storm our rooms without permission. It was soo terrible. Couldn't even have the guts to narrate about it to any of my friends and family. The rooms and toilets where soo unkept..
