Perfect Location. Excellent staff. Beware there is no lift in extra building. We had difficulties with stroller. But if you don't have any baby with you, it will be ok. Heating was perfect for winter time. Housekeeping was very good. You get the breakfast in a hotel-partnered restaurant. The people in restaurant were very good.Although it is not a buffet, they care about what you order. Perfect location. The hotel is in the same square with Pantheon. We didn't use any public transportation vehicles. We were on foot all the time.. .

Excellent location with Pantheon view rooms. Superb location on Piazza de la Rotanda facing the Pantheon. Tiny lobby on ground level. Very slow elevator on first floor. Very helpful bellman will carry the luggage. Our room was on the fifth floor ( only room on fifth floor) facing the Pantheon. The view is priceless. We slept well with well sound insulated windows. Bathroom with walkin shower with good pressure. Well manged hotel with very friendly, helpful and professional staff. They were very interactive and responsive when our booked room was not ready till the next day and took care of us wonderfully. We had a breakfast included rate however the breakfast is served at a charming restaurant 50 yards away ( this is a new restaurant they are using as there were issues with the previous restaurant). The breakfast was great. We even were able to eat outside one day when the weater cooperated in November. The hotel is really walking distance to everywhere especially if you do not mind walking. We are seniors but had no problem walking to the Vatican, train station, spanish steps, colossium etc. The area is surrounded by walking streets. with literally hundreds of restaurants.. .

A great hotel in Rome. Fantastic hotel in a fantastic location! Beautiful rooms in a hotel right by the Pantheon. I really enjoyed the location and rooms but the best was the accommodating, friendly staff. They showed me hands on how to work things in the room without having to ask. Very comfortable and safe. .

Loved Our Stay!. Loved our stay here! Fantastic location. Great view of The Pantheon. Restaurants and cafes steps away. We used the hotel shuttle service to get from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the cruise port. Very convenient. Loved our breakfast each morning. Staff were helpful and friendly. Highly recommend staying at Hotel Abruzzi!. .

. Room was great and staff was friendly. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We did have some issues with the key card not keeping the lights powered and there were ants in the room on check-in. They did come spray the room for them, which was nice. . .

. Wonderful staff and excellent location! The team was incredibly helpful and welcoming, and the rooms were spotless—perfect for our family of four. The hotel is just steps from the Pantheon and only a short walk to the Trevi Fountain. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.. .

. This hotel was right in the heart of everything and there was a taxi stand not far away. The horse carriages also stage there so that was an enjoyable tour. Our room was clean and quiet. The restaurant for our included breakfast was very close. There was also a dinner restaurant right outside. The staff was very helpful. They kept our bags safe when we arrived before check in time. By the time we got back to check in, they had already delivered them to our room. They were always available for questions and pointed us in the right direction when we needed something. There were also money exchange places right near the front. Would recommend only getting enough euros at the airport to pay the taxi as they don't take credit cards. The exchange rate is much better near the hotel. . .
