Fantastic hotel with great views from the Panorama Suite!. This place is a little gem. Right at the top of the Spanish Steps, opposite the uber-expensive Hassler! We had a very warm welcome from Daniel when we arrived (early!) and I nearly fell over when he showed us our room upgrade! We had been given their Panorama Suite, which was BREATHTAKING! A perfect terrace with views out across to the Vatican and beyond. It is a very special location and we felt incredibly lucky, sunsets were amazing. Breakfast was lovely, Italians do sweet stuff for breakfast and the display of pastries and tarts was something else. Plus a very comprehensive coffee machine. But don't worry, sausage, bacon and scrambled egg, with toast and bread was available too. Everyone was friendly and helpful and they looked after our luggage while we had one last trip out, as our flight wasn't until 5.30pm. It's such a great central location for sightseeing - everything in walking distance. When they email your confirmation they call it 'your home in Rome' - it's true - and now I'm back home, I really miss that view.. .

Delightful little hotel in Rome with a visit. I have been there before the friendly atmosphere and the location. The bed was a little soft for my taste but everything else was lovely.

Lovely apartment, great location. Will definitely book it again. After talking to the management about the shower issue,. Great location lovely apartment. The apartment we had run out of hot water are fast could only mange 1 1/2 showers but slept 4 so was a struggle when getting ready to go out had to wait for the boiler to refill! Then people who worked their come in our room even when we had the do not disturb on the door!.

Amazing location, comfortable and clean with friendly staff. The location of the hotel is perfect and within walking distance of all the main tourist places. The room was a good size and clean, not too loud and comfy beds - we both slept well. There is a room above our room with free coffee/tea/water and snacks as well as breakfast included. N/a.

Hotel Scalinata di Spagna. The location is just wonderful and allows so much exploration on foot. The rooms are clean, staff very helpful and reasonable daily cost. The breakfasts are very good. If we go back, we will stay at the Scalinata di Spagna again. Also, they provided transportation from the airport and to the port for a reasonable expense.. .
