Very happy. Very clean tidy friendly staff. Only thing I didn’t like was the tourist tax as it wasn’t mentioned and also was advertised as all taxes and charges included.

Super nice and helpful front desk staff and very nice room as long as it was cool!!. Breakfast was great and location was okay because we needed to be near Villa Elena.. Our room was sweltering when we got there and then the next day our A/C was turned off by housekeeping so we declined housekeeping for the rest of our stay. Then the room stayed cool..

A bit like a visit to Fawlty Towers … luckily we have a sense of humour !. We liked that the staff on duty was as helpful and friendly as she could be under the circumstances... Having received an email confirming that our late arrival was not a problem, we arrived late and tired to find that our booking had not been registered. There was no three bed available as requested. Two of us had to venture up to another complex and try to find our room, staff had to ensure that there was nobody in the room before letting us in. Our third member of our party had to wait while a bed was made up for her in the main complex in a room with no lock in it … !!.

Lovely stay in Rome. Valeria and Fabio, the receptionists at the Marini Park Hotel were so helpful with my husband and myself with directions and restaurant info during our stay. The hotel is very nice and spotlessly clean. A pity the bar was not really open during the evenings but the receptionists would assist if you requested help. Breakfast was the usual continental type which had various choices. All in all a lovely stay in Rome.. .
