Awoid this, full of molds and blood stains 🙈. Staff was helpfull and aware they are renting awfull apartments so at least tried to fix as much as possible. This place should not have licence for renting because rooms are potential problematic for helath of guests. We came and stuff is really nice, but room we got was cold (max heating on 20 with not good isolation on dors and windows).
Bathroom was full of mold even on the tales (which means nobody did not clean the bathroom for weeks. We asked for another room and a guy on reception tried to help and gave us another room which was warmer and without mold at least. Everything si by default dirty but at least we did not have thons of mold.
But then we got blood stains on our bed sheats and asked for the new one. So not quite nice experience.
I am traveling quite often, I am out of my home at least 100 days a year, slept in RV and all different kind of accomodation but this one is by far the worst ever.
It is well known that accocmodation in paris are very bad and that french people live in bad higienic conditions but I did not expect this..
