Good. The staff was very helpful, there was free coffee and sweets in the lobby, and there was 24/7 support from the receptionist.. A tiny desk is not comfortable if you want to work with a laptop, especially if it is a huge one like mine..

Easy and convenient. A few minutes walk between two metro stations and the tram. Great location to get to from airports and to go sight seeing. The reception staff were all super friendly and helpful.. Breakfast was basic and felt that it had to run out of items before they were replenished e.g bread or scrambled eggs, tea bags etc..
