Good Hotel, but they charged us TWICE. The overall experience was OK for the hotel itself, rooms are nice and cleaned but the staff was terrible (especially the elderly gentlemen). Neither of the staff speak English. We have booked this hotel through my company site which was paid for beforehand, however we were required to pay again in cash upon leaving. I have tried to explain the situation to the gentlemen but he refused to listen to me, all he said was 'You must pay in cash' and he pushed us to pay without looking at the proof of previous payment, he said he didn't understand as it was in English. We were in rush, so we had no time to argue and had to pay in the end. Very very poor customer service!!!. .

À fuire. Je n'ai pas l'habitude de laisser des avis sur hôtel.com car j'ai plus important à faire mais la ça vaut le détour 😉 Le personnel est sympatique et accueillant, rien n'a dire. L'hôtel est âgée la décoration des parties communes est des années 50 avec des parties en travaux. La 1ère chambre que j'ai eu était vieille et très mal insonorisée, on n'entends les voisins du dessus marché et les voyageurs dans les couloirs. La 2ème chambre plus correct mais des malfaçons dans la salle de bain entraînant beaucoup d'eau sur le sol. Bruit des voyageurs du dessus et dans le couloir, la terrasse est en travaux avec des bandes de planche à l'arrière. Je ne vous conseille pas cette hôtel. . .

Ok. Ok value and close to train and metro so easy to get around but our room smelled bad and service was mixed. Pretty quiet which was good. Fine for the price.. .

Hotel mit Charme und freundlichem Personal. Das kleine Hotel liegt in der Pariser Vorstadt Clichy. Der Bahnhof Gare de Clichy - Levallois ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Vor dort aus fährt ca. alle 10 Minuten eine Bahn zum Bahnhof Gare Saint Lazzare. Es besteht Anschluss in alle Richtungen mit Metro, Bus und Bahn. Alle typischen Parisattraktionen sind in 20 bis 60 Minuten erreichbar. Das Viertel liegt in Tarifzone 2, mit dem Wochenticket Navigo Decouverte ist man flexibel. Das Hotel hat Charme und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Fragen werden kompetent beantwortet, auch englisch, und bei Bedarf kann man Onlinetickets ausdrucken lassen. Die kleinen Zimmer sind sauber und zum Schlafen ausreichend. Das Raumklima ist angenehm und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Seife, Toilettenpapier und saubere Handtücher sind immer vorhanden. Das WLAN ist bis in die Zimmer sehr gut. Der Kleiderschrank hätte für 3 Personen etwas größer sein können. Die Umgebung ist ein Wohnviertel mit Restaurants, Bars, kleinen Supermärkten, einer Bank und wenig Verkehr. Abends hört man bei offenem Fenster die Geräusche aus der benachbarten Bar. Hat aber nicht gestört. Frühstück kann für kleines Geld zugebucht werden. Das Angebot ist nicht üppig, reicht aber zum Sattwerden. Croissants, Baguettes, Wurst, Käse, Marmelade, Jogurt, Obstsalat und Ei. Dazu guten Brühkaffee, Tee und Erfrischungsgetränke. Beim Frühstück im Backshop nebenan gibt es zwar mehr Auswahl, es koste aber auch mehr. Ich kann das Hotel für einen Paristrip mit Familie bedenkenlos empfehlen.. .

. The building is up to date with elevator but no air conditioning.The hotel is across the street from a suburban rail line but not really close to RER or Metro. The neighborhood is a safe community of real Parisians not tourists. This is the authentic Parisian experience.. .

. Rien à redire sur la chambre et l'hotel , le personnel est très aimable , juste un bémol : il est regrettable qu'ayant demandé ( réservation à l'avance et non à la dernière minute)des chambres au calme nous ayons été placés au premier étage sur rue juste en face d'un pub ouvert jusqu'à 3 h du matin. .

Good hotel for outside of Paris proper. I was looking for a fairly priced hotel and was willing to not be inside proper Paris. The hotel is about 100 meters from a local train which connects to all of Paris trains in 2 stops. The hotel fit my needs very well and the staff was friendly too.. .

Independent French hotel. The reception staff were friendly and spoke english well enough. The breakfast wasn't necessarily worth the 8 euro charge, but was filling and tasty and beat attempting to communicate with Parisians at a restaurant or cafe. The room and hallways were very clean and new in the 1960s, but today seemed run down and worn. If you're not planning on spending a lot of time in your room then this place is good. If you are, look for someplace more comfortable. The hotel was a 2 minute walk from the surface train line, but since that station was in Zone 2, it was somewhat confusing as to how best to get to the tourist parts. We ended up walking about 20 minutes to the Porte de Clichy station which was able to take us easily to the Champs Elysees the Catacombs, and the Eiffel tower. The walk was a little scary at first, but once you realize all of Paris is like that the neighborhood doesn't seem so bad anymore. I'm not sure I'd stay here again...I think I'd rather spend the extra money to stay somewhere nicer and closer to the city center.. .

Rapport qualité prix. Chambre située au 4eme etage... La télévision est positionné à 2m50 et non inclinable. Tout en haut du plafond. Qui a eu cette idée.? Chambre propre... gros bémole... Insonorisation inexistante... . .
