This neighborhood is very quiet compared to the rest of the area and has a metro station (Pont Marie) only a 5 minute walk away. Bed was comfortable, softer than other French hotels we have stayed in. . .

. The location was amazing, a block from the Notre Dame. The neighborhood was full of cafes, shops, markets, pharmacies, anything you need was right there. A block from the Seine, so you could walk along the Seine at night and enjoy the spectacular lights and views. The hotel itself is perfection: small, quaint, beautifully decorated. A lovely and delicious breakfast is offered daily 7-11. The staff is also outstanding: kind, helpful, with personality. I’m so grateful we accidentally found this place for our Paris vacation.. .

Gracious hospitality, excellent location. Third time, always a winner for gracious hospitality, location, ease. After a day of art, shopping, walking, music coming back to Deux Îles feels like coming home, and resting briefly in the intimate lobby for icy ginger tea and a buttery square of cake.
