A perfect home base in the heart of Paris. This small hotel is perfectly located for a visit to the heart of Paris. The staff went above and beyond to take care of us. Our room, though small, even by Paris standards, was comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast, served in the grotto like lower level was elegant. Not the usual hotel buffet. Excellent restaurants for lunch and dinner are just steps away. If you want to experience the wonder of the newly restored Notre Dame, or explore the Marais, this is your perfect home base.. .

I loved the place. I had the pleasure of spending 2 nights at Hotel des Deux Iles in May of this year. The location was fantastic. The morning breakfast excellent. But, the best was the attention I received from the receptionist. Very easy to talk with, very attentive to my logistical question of moving around the city and quite forthcoming with physical maps and suggestions to optimize my time in Paris. When, not if, I return to Paris I wll be staying there.. .

Great location!. Wonderful hotel. Very close to Notre Dame! Staff was so helpful suggesting the evening boat cruise and places to eat! Breakfast was delicious! We loved it.. .

. Very charming lobby, room small but clean and comfortable. However, the bathroom was a tub/shower combo. Tub was high to step into and would be better if they added a grab bar to hold onto.. .

Charming hotel in a fantastic location. Traveling solo, I booked the "mini", a small single room which was perfect for a single person. Many single rooms in Europe have a single/twin bed but this room had a double bed. I had requested a small kettle for making tea in my room and was happy that they did provide one. The shower was nicely hot. They provided chocolates and water in the room and tea and cookies in the lobby in the afternoon (much appreciated after sightseeing all day). Breakfast included made-to-order omelets. I was told the croissants were baked fresh that morning at a local bakery down the street from the hotel, unlike at other hotels where the croissants are premade by some large company, frozen and then baked on the spot. I had no issues with noise during the night or any time. I chose this hotel primarily for the location and for the availability of a small single room. I had tickets to St Chapelle and wanted to get into Notre Dame as well as see some other sights on the Left Bank and the location of this hotel was perfect. I've stayed at 2 other hotels in Paris prior to this one and would rate this hotel as the best of the 3 hotels. It was charming, small, in a lovely location, and I felt the staff gave personal attention to their guests. I would stay here again or recommend it to others.. .

Fantastic hotel, staff, and location. Great hotel. Great staff. Great location. A very pleasant small hotel vibe. Free coffee, tea, and cake provided every afternoon in cozy lobby for guests to compare experiences and recommendations. Receptionist/ concierge Alex was very friendly and helpful. They all were. The location on Île St. Louis is notably quiet and peaceful with great restaurants nearby. Highly recommend. .

. Brilliant place to stay in Iles Saint Louis. Felt really welcoming. Loved tea and cake after long walk around Paris very late 19:00. Arrived on train and ledt luggage. .

Centre de tout. Charming, pretty, well-located hotel with mostly helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfasts when you could get them. Had a little trouble with the air system in the room - kept resetting/having to reset.. .
