excellent service, cute room and delicous breakfast. I was in room 120 which had the window towards the back yard. It was very quiet at night and I slept very well. The room was small, but had all the amenities needed: a desk, a wardrobe, a big TV with international channels, a bathroom with hairdryer, shampoo, etc. There was nothing missing for a pleasant stay. It was very, very clean and I felt very comfortable. Due to constructions in the lounge area, breakfast was served in the room. The service was great, on time and the food was rich and delicious. Overall, a very satisfying experience at this hotel!. .

Noisy, lousy hotel with disgusting comments from hotel. Noisy, Lousy hotel. Noisy rooms built from parts of staircases! Whenever someone walks up and down the staircase and especially while talking, you WILL hear it because they are literally walking right past your room, which is part of the staircase!
So they put me in the WORST room! One of those staircase rooms I mentioned. And on the first floor: that means EVERYONE staying on your floor and also all the rooms on upper floors will walk past your room and you will hear them!
(No elevator access for those rooms so everyone must walk the stairs and past your room!)
In addition, I could also hear noises from upstairs rooms!
When I emailed hotel to complain, they outrageously said I was blackmailing them! To be absolutely clear, I did not ask for any refund or money back, I just said I wanted to hear what they have to say.

How dare they call my rude and disrespectful when they did not offer a real and sincere apology! Absolutely Disgusting and Pathetic response! Dont worry, I will NEVER EVER stay in your noisy and lousy hotel with the worst service! I hope other people will stay AWAY from your awful hotel also!
