Good lacation, fraindly staff. first impression was very warm and friendly!DÜZGÜN waz very friendly and helpful! breakfast was also very tasty, they cleaned well every day, we had a balcony with a beautiful view! Locatain was great.you can get every whe ree easily! there were some downsides: the water of the pool was very cold and the sauna and hammam were not free! And there were no drinking water and galsses in our room!. .

istanbul. Was pleasant the breakfast is not that delicious , but ok . all the staff were friendly only one person from the reception the last night who refused that my brother would come up to my room ? needed a lot of discussions to convince him that he will not stay and sleep in my room but we were discussion family plans for a short time before we check out the same day.. .

Not good. I was in this hotel 4 night.i was only at night there.it is very noisy and i could not sleep good..air conditioning not work good..the room not clean and janitors dont work good to clean and charging the room each day.this hotel not good place to stay but near the tramand shoping.. .

. Dirty rooms with poor services even they didn’t given us empty glass for water they have supplied two cup for tea no plates and no spoon. .

. The room was spacious and had a nice view of the Bosporus. The pillows were uncomfortable at first but we found softer ones in the closet and asked that they be replaced. Water kept leaking from the toilet's sewage. The bidet kept dripping water every couple of minutes, especially noisy when trying to sleep. The bed sheets were being changed every two to three days while the bed covers haven't been changed for four days. In addition, the room as whole wasn't being properly cleaned. So we contacted the hotel's management in the afternoon. Their response was that housekeeping leaves around noon and their is nothing they can do except changing our room. They moved us to a clean room free of any of the aforementioned problems, albeit it was way less spacious and on the backside of the hotel were noisy people from the street kept shouting till around 3 A.M. So the next day we requested to move back to our old room after being cleaned but they had already given it to someone else.. .

STAY AWAY! Rubbish Hotel!. This is the worst hotel you can stay in. Staff were rude and totally unfriendly, the breakfast is non-existent, one day there were no plates and cups and the waiters just shrugged their shoulders, the indoor pool was freezing, the staff in the pool area complained of children making noise as there were massages taking place in other rooms, whilst the staff were laughing and on the phones talking loudly. there was smoke permeating through the rooms, the baclony, as advertised didn't exist. the disabled chair at the entrance was not working so we had to carry our disabled daughter up and down the stairs, the lifts were not level with the main floors when getting in/out, the bathrooms were mouldy, the rooms were very dark, stay away from this s*~t hotel.. .
