Good location for Istanbul tourist attractions. Small family run hotel in Istanbul. Friendly helpful reception staff.
Would rate it as 3* maximum, no more.
Stayed 3 nights in May 2024 in a superior single room. Rooms small but clean. Turkish breakfast adequate.
No butter though!
Rooftop bar ok but drinks expensive & cocktails (mojito) not very nice. Free Wi-Fi available but very slow.
Photos of hotel much better than reality. No hot water on one occasion due to a leak in another room. Room 202 looks out onto a building site, not attractive!. .

FANTASTIC HOSPITALITY HOTEL. Loved the place so much. The staffs are friendly and polite. Always greet with sweet and beautiful smiles. The front desk manager is very helpful. He upgraded us to a family room bcoz we arrived from Malaysia very early in the.morning at no cost. The room is very clean and neat. The breakfast is very food ie. value for money. Tqvm Mr.Zeki, Ms Hejin, Ms Mariam for the marvellous hospitality. I highly recommended this hotel. We loved to come and stay here again.. .

Big average!!!!. Perfectly located near Hagya Sofia, the Blue Mosque, Cistern Basilica and the tram stop, this hotel looks a bit old fashioned despite a freshly renovation. Rooms are poorly sunproofed, so it can be quite annoying, sold with balcony but it's only a door window you can open....Comfy bed but the pillow is hard as rock, new shower well equipped, kettle, mini bar empty, so nothing special to be remembered. A boring and tasteless breakfast, fried eggs usually cold ( we stayed there 6 nights ), no good croissants, pastries, no good cheese, even tea was too strong for enjoying it. We got a free pass for the spa, but the unfriendly woman in charge of it, won't push you to come a second time. This hotel is definitely overrated in terms of price and services, and must be ranked in 3 star hotel and not 4... . .

Not very pleased 😟. The staff were supportive, however the issue was their limited understanding of English language.. The bathroom was not draining properly
The bath towels were very old like they have been used for 2 years
