Great hotel with wonderful staff and location. The hotel was great. Marcelo and Sofia were so helpful at the reception desk. Cristhy helped us with everything we needed for our room. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Location was the best. We were so close to the Vatican and St. Peter’s Basilica.. .

For the employees and the location I'll stay if I go back to Rome but the problems should be solved. I myself was a hotel manager 24 years ago. That's why I pay attention first at the reception. Ms OLGA was our first receptionist at check-in and her sincere welcoming made my tiring day of travelling at ease. My daughters and I would like to give our hearty appreciation to Ms OLGA.
All of the recommendations Ms OLGA gave us to visit were incredibly helpful for us.
The barman Andrea is a sympathetic employee.
The location of your hotel is more than perfect.. The lighting... The spotlights in the room were either not being turned on or turned OFF!!!
The hot water was NOT available at all!!! Before taking a shower, we had to run the water at hottest level for at least 10 minutes and still we were only able to take shower with warm water..

Safe and comfortable. Ok, this is THE place to stay if you come to Rome to see the Vatican museum. It is across the road from the entrance. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is copious, the rooftop bar is rather good. The only downside is that there is no restaurant but a few metres’ walk take you to a fine collection of local restaurants. Olga on reception is super-efficient as are the rest of the staff.. .
