Overall very good hotel a bit overpriced and some hidden payments. The breakfast is very good and good time frame. We had an issue with our room and the staff solved quickly moving us to another room that was higher level and paid nothing more. Staff is nice too. It was quite a surprise that at check out we had to pay 75€ for city tax that wasnt mentioned during the check in or in booking. Maybe its fair to disclose this payment at the begging. Honestly this left in us a bit of a bitter feeling.

Not the best…... Not the best..the hotel is really far out from Rome proper, in an interesting industrial type area. It seems like it is undergoing some renovation, more on that in a minute. We arrived late afternoon after a connecting train ride from Rome itself. The reception staff at check in are not overly cheerful and don’t offer a lot of oversight on check in about the hotel and the area. We were given room 101 and when we got in the room is nice but has no window to speak of, there is more of a letterbox style and when we opened the blind there was a mass of scaffolding. I did not expect to come back from Rome with a sunlight deficiency! Please make people aware of this prior to check in! Early day you need to walk the 10 mins back to Tor Sapienza station for a train to central Rome, there is no lift or accessible options at this station so beware. We used the courtesy bus on the Sunday to take us to another station to see if there was a better way into Rome, the driver was ace. No issues, however we asked to have the bus again on Monday morning and were told by reception the bus was not available, that was it, no “however, you can do this or alternative is that”….so we were left to try and figure it out. As said at the start - Not the best! Not really down on the hotel but I would certainly not stay here again for numerous reasons. My own fault, should have done my homework.. .

Exceptional. The best hotel we have ever stayed at. The welcome gifts were wonderful, the in-room products were of the highest quality, and those slippers… we definitely want to buy some for home! Impeccable cleanliness, a spacious room with a generous balcony, exceptional food, and hotel staff that made us feel right at home. In our country, we have a saying: "A place is made special by the people in it." (Omul sfințește locul.) We had an amazing experience and would like to thank everyone for the outstanding service we received. We will definitely be back. Congratulations to the entire team!. .

Amazing trip! Great hotel stay.. Our hotel stay was great. Friendly staff, very accommodating, very clean room and hotel. Gabrielle made us feel very comfortable from the beginning to the end of our stay. The location from the city was further than expected but so worth it. Will definitely return. . .

Very good. The breakfast was diverse and the breakfast staff was very attentive.. First I had a room next to the bus terminal. It was noisy. The next day I could change it..
