Very good. Very polite and helpful staff. Excellent location. Rooms are very silent and beds are very comfortable. The hotel Is undergoing renovations and the breakfast room is very dark as windows have been closed off by panels..

Great hotel for weekend city break. Hotel is great, located in a perfect spot just in front of entrance to Les Halles RER/Metro station - You can use RER B to get there from CDG. There is endless number of restaurants and bars around. Our room was very cozy, comfortable and clean. Stuff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, we did not miss anything. Please be aware hotel is undertaking some rebuild so it might be a bit noisy. It was not an issue during weekend stay.. .

Great place, excellent service . I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and overall maintenance of the property. The rooms were spotless, well-organized, and felt fresh and inviting. Housekeeping did an excellent job ensuring everything was in perfect condition throughout my stay. The service provided by the reception staff was exceptional. They were always friendly, professional, and ready to assist with any request. Whether it was providing recommendations, arranging transportation, or answering questions, they made sure we felt welcome and taken care of. This level of hospitality truly enhanced our vacation, making our stay enjoyable and stress-free. Because of the great service and high standards, we will definitely return to this hotel in the future. . .

Great event at Atelier H space in Novotel Les Halles Paris in February 2025. I was organizing an event for the company I work at in Novotel Les Halles Paris in February 2025. My experience working with this hotel and particularly with Charlène Hassan and Laurane Malonga was great! The professionalism of the staff exceeded my expectations. The event went really well and all of the guests, who attended the meeting, enjoyed staying in Novotel and Atelier H space. Thank you for your help in organizing such a successful event!. .

Very big and comfortable room with an amazing view to the city. Can't wait to come back one day.. The Guest Relations Manager- Fabrice Benier, was such a nice guy! We had such an amazing vacation and the Hotel is in the best location in the city. Highly recommended!. .

It was ok.. The food is the same and gross. I regret including breakfast. Wasted money. Room was never that clean. Overpriced room service. I emailed the company who runs it, Radisson, no one ever got back to me. Communication is lacking. Great location! Good overall not great! Staff was nice. Over all ok. Great location.. .
