Fantastic Location, poor breakfast, dinner options are perfect.. The hotel has a fantastic location—centrally placed, making it easy to walk to key attractions and enjoy the local atmosphere. It truly adds to the convenience of exploring the city. I also want to highlight how clean and well-maintained the rooms and common areas were. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout my stay, and I really appreciated the attention to detail. Overall, the cleanliness and location were definite highlights of the experience. The breakfast was surprisingly disappointing for a hotel that presents itself with high standards. As someone who values a hearty and well-balanced breakfast, I found the offerings quite underwhelming. What surprised me the most was the complete absence of olives—something I would expect even more from a hotel in Italy, a country renowned for its Mediterranean flavors. A few basic Mediterranean touches like olives, fresh vegetables, or even some local cheeses would have made a significant difference. I hope the hotel considers enhancing its breakfast menu to better reflect the culinary richness of the region..

Exceptional. We were upgraded to a Deluxe Balcony room. I highly recommend booking this room if you can, it was so nice to have the balcony and be able to look out over the streets of Rome. The staff were alll lovely.. .

A good hotel in the middle of everything with a great staff and a delicious breakfast.. The location was ideal! And the staff was accommodating. There was a problem with the heat the night we checked in so they put us in a smaller room for the first night while they fixed the problem and moved us the next day. As an apology, they gave us free breakfast for the duration of our stay.. The size of the room the first night was really tight but the size of the room I booked (was more than adequate). However the second room had a pungent smell that we couldn't seem to get out of the room..

Shocking. Have tried to cancel reservation but keep getting errors when trying to do so on hotel's web portal. Hotel will not cancel on my behalf as I need to but unable to access my reservation on links provided and do so on portal which I am unable to access. No help at all from hotel. Shouldn't be that hard to cancel a reservation when trip has been postponed. Do not book or stay here.. .

Passable. The hotel is located on a main road so lot of traffic noise specially when any emergency/security vehicle passing. Window sound proofing is not great. We went in the period where Hotel does not have AC in operation so we had to open the window and due to that the sound problem worsened. We had very uncomfortable two nights at the hotel. The only good thing about the hotel was that most of tourist places were at walking diatance.. .

Excellent location. Excellent location, very clean room, comfortable bed, very small lift, if you have phobia, then no good for you. Very pleasant staff at the reception. Very easy acess to Roman Tetmini via buses H, 170. As you come out of the hotel, turn left towards the Tunnel, walk via the tunnel, you will arrive to the centre within 5 minutes.. .
