Absolutely wonderful, immaculate, charming, great location and staff. This botique hotel is exceptional. We rented the 2 bed/3 bath across the street that the hotel runs. It was SO beautiful. The wood floors, the piano, the decor it was perfect. It was also immaculate. Not a spec of dust anywhere. Lots of extra bedding, so spacious. The staff went above and beyond. At every request. I even messed up the laundry machine. I asked for help. When I returned, my clothes had been laundered, folded and the washer fixed! When I locked myself out the bellman arrived immediately to assist. The staff is so friendly and very grateful. The location is perfect. 2 blocks from the Spanish steps, luxury shops, many restaurants and the piazzas. FABULOUS!. .

Extremely disappointing. Extremely disappointing.
Our room didn’t look anything like the pictures online. We were put into an old run down smelly apartment around the corner. We asked to switch rooms but no other rooms were available. We were told they have multiple buildings and they weren’t required to put us in the main hotel. Luckily we were only booked there for one night. On a better note, the front desk staff were friendly and helped us book a cab to take us to the airport.. .

Pleasant. Room itself was lovely, but was located quite far away from reception which didn’t make for a pleasant check out. Staff were pleasant and helpful, but you could t describe the experience as a hotel experience so it feels like false advertising. .

Cute hotel with cental location. Perfect central location for exploring Rome, walking distance to many of the popular sights such as the Spanish steps, trevi fountain etc.
I was pleasantly surprised, especially having read the reviews, but the hotel was lovely. The room was a little cramped but not overly so. I loved all the Marilyn Monroe decor! We even got a little mini fridge that was replenished each day with water and soft drinks which was a nice touch.
The only thing I would say is that there were no staff around which was awkward at times if we had any issues apparently WhatsApp is the best way to get them. The lift is tiny, as with alot of places in Rome lols, you might fit 2 suitcases in max.. .
