Good service!. Very helpful staff, especially over a very busy weekend in Paris. My room was small yet adequate and was spotlessly clean. Centrally located and easy to access most sites on my wishlist. Will return in future.. .

Such nice stay. Small rooms but best comfort offered including bed and pillows, greatest and sweetest receptionists. We have an elevator and can sect a bath tube or a side shower in bathroom. So nice area for shopping and restaurants in Paris. A modern rénovation and décoration. We will enjoy to be back.. .

Beware of prepayment Hotels. They asked for Prepayment because once you are there you want to leave. Full Bed is 2 Twin Mattresses in one bed frame that when you lay down it folds down.A lot of noise because Eid the metro,lousy housekeeping ,one day no cleaning and garbage have to be taking out by is.Limited Breakfast always same thing,you are better off eating at nearby bakeries or cafe.Booked for 5 nights left after the 4 nights unable to sleep or shower of how small and uncomfortable rooms are .Is good for 1 person not 2.Rude service refuse refund for last night we weren’t there.At the end I considered it a 1 star hotel while all sites makes it sound like a gene is not .St Germain de Prés is a great place to be so shop around for better hotel. .

Clean and comfortable in an excellent location. Hotel was very clean. Staff helpful and friendly and spoke English. Beds were comfortable. Rooms are small but very clean. We could hear the Metro in our room (3rd floor) but earplugs are provided if you want them. We didn’t use them and our sleep was not disturbed. There is only one lift which is very small and a narrow spiral staircase to the floors so not great if you have mobility issues. There is no tea and coffee in the room and only one small coffee machine in Reception. Some English tea bags would have been nice as they only had fruit tea or chamomile. However the location is excellent for seeing the main sights of Paris and the St Germain area is a very pleasant safe walkable neighbourhood with lovely shops and cafes.. .

No likely to stay here again.. Room was small but well laid out.. Very loud metro trains into the night. Dirty floors in lobby and elevator. Not clear how to turn on lights in room. Card reader not easily visible inside room. Wifi code not easily accessble. Inadequate locker space for luggage at sous-sol. No bouilloire to boil hot water in room..
