Superb. Great location! The room was a little bit small for three persons. The breakfast was ok. The gyus at the reception were fantastic, very kind and helpful.. .

I love the place and is great to stay, only small things like to share to give chance to be better. Location, stuff communication, design.. In toilet was have a bit of smell from drainage, especially at morning, once you woke up room is smelling, and whole night comes sound from drainage..

Poor show!. The location was excellent. The TV in our room fell from the wall just before we went to bed. I had to dress and go to reception to report this. We had to change rooms, very inconvenient and the morning receptionist did not even apologise to us for the considerable inconvenience. Not great customer care. Our second room was very very noisy. I do not think I will be returning to this hotel..

No electricity and unwanted room service. Lights in room did not work, along with the TV and coffee maker. They performed room service without letting me know, and threw away some things I did not want thrown out. No electricity in half the room. would not stay here again, is located in a not so great alley.. .
