Great friendly hotel - well located. Let down by room size.. The hotel is well located very close to the Metro and a walkable distance from several key places of interest, eg Louvre, Orsay etc. The staff are very helpful. The room was immaculately clean, with a comfortable bed and great shower. Breakfast was good, if not exceptional. Bike hire and EV charging available just by the hotel.. The room is small! This is despite paying extra for a privilege room. There is very little space to hang/store clothing. This may be OK if you are visiting for a couple of days, or for one person, but we were there for 5 nights and so had to largely live out of a suitcase..

I like this hotel, strategic location, friendly staff.. Check in and out was very fast. I like the location...easy to walk to nearby attraction..you can walk to the other side of Seine River (Loevre, etc) easily. Room was clean but a bit too small and even though it was in fall/winter time we felt the room still warm after the AC was on. The staffs are very friendly. Breakfast was ok.. Not sure if the AC worked.

Very good. Great location, friendly staff, nice breakfast. The provides shower gel, hand soap and other toiletries were nearly empty when we arrived, and weren't then refilled when our room was made up.

Not 4 stars, hardly even three*. Definitely not a 4 star hotel, not even in Paris. Tiny room, tiny bathroom, cramped hall, tiny elevator. There was hardly room for me and another guest returning the ironing board to reception (!!). Breakfast chef is the breakfast waiter. Breakfast itself no vegetables and not a very big variety of anything. On the upside: the service was with a smile and very helpful. Hotel and hall recently renovated with new carpeting. The hotel located close to Hotel Cluny and Metro Sorbonne. .

It was disappointing. Staff were very nice and position was great.. So small, hardly space to open your suitcases without blocking cling movement..

Exceptional. Great location next to a train station. Comfy bed and our room had a spacious bathroom and nice view with balcony. The provided shampoo, conditioner, and lotion smelled amazing!. .

The room was too small and uncomfortable. Location was good. Too too too small room . Smallest of my life. No place to open luggage properly ..
