. Super lokalizacja i niesamowity design przede wszystkim. Mimo że to samo centrum Paryża, to atmosfera jest jednak kameralna i spokojna, co daje duży komfort. Obsługa z wyczuciem.. Poprawy wymaga centrum fitness. Stosunkowo mała i słabo wyposażona przestrzeń. Nie było nawet wody..

Super fedt ophold vi har haft alt jeg elsker Paris. Super dejlig hyggelig hotel med venlig personale dejligtværelse 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. badekarret var lidt upraktisk Slotpropperne for små.

. Не плохой номер. Отсутствие сервиса. Если вы привыкли отдыхать в отелях с 5 звездами, то вам не сюда. Этому отелю я бы дал максимум 3. Заказывали завтрак, потеряли заказ и не принесли. Отдали вещи в стирку, принесли с бонусом ( чужими вещами). Было чуть меньше пол бутылки шампанского Кристал, куда то пропала. Если возьмете отель без завтрака, и решите спонтанно позавтракать в отеле, приготовьтесь подождать минут 40. Просили убрать номер, с третьего раза допросились. Спа отдельная история, он же менеджер он же массажист, которого к сожалению мы так и не увидели. Попросили консьержа забронировать нам массаж, он любезно не перезвонил..

انصح فيه مناسب للعائلات 👍🏻. مرره رائع الفندق وموقعه جميل. جدا قريب من الشانزليزية وفيه في حماماتهم شطاف 😍 ويحطون لكم فيش ثلاثي يعني تجهيزات الغرفة كامله وجميله صراحة ارتحت كثير فيه 🫶🏻. بس غرفهم شوي صغيره.

Superb hotel let down by the breakfast. The décor was lovely, the hotel was clean, and the location was superb. Aside from one unpleasant experience with a staff member at breakfast, the rest of the team were excellent — particularly a young dark-haired gentleman on the front desk, I believe named Charles. He was extremely helpful and professional, a real asset to the hotel, and certainly deserving of recognition or promotion.. The pillows weren’t great. They were like inflatable airbags of which I had to release the air inside to make them comfortable. The shower tray was blocked and would quickly fill up with water and not drain. The breakfast experience was extremely disappointing overall. Day one: We weren’t given a menu and had to take one from another table. After being left waiting for around 20 minutes with no service, we had to ask what we needed to do. The server came across as rude and unhelpful. While we continued to wait, arguments from the kitchen could be clearly heard by guests. In the end, we left without eating, having waited a total of 45 minutes. It was certainly not a good start to the day. Day two: Service was much quicker and more efficient, however the breakfast itself was unfortunately stone cold. After raising our concerns, a wonderful gentleman named Charles handled the situation professionally and ensured everything was resolved..
