Everything about the hotel was excellent, and I truly enjoyed my stay. However, the payment process was disappointing. I was charged twice: the first time was a block of €3,500 on my card, and the second was the actual payment of €3,468. The receptionist assured me that the blocked amount of €3,500 would be refunded to my card, but as of now, the amount has not been returned. This experience was frustrating and should be addressed to improve the guest experience.. .

30th wedding anniversary.. We stayed at this stunning hotel for our 30th wedding anniversary celebration. Upon check in we were told we had been upgraded to a stunning suite with a butler. Room was absolutely gorgeous with a separate living room. So much space and huge bathroom.
A lovely note left congratulating us and flowers. Next thing there was a knock on the door and we were presented with a bottle of fizz.
Staff were all so polite and helpful and the hotel just totally outstanding.
We had a fabulous time and couldn’t have asked for more.
Thank you for making our anniversary very special.. .

WONDERFUL STAY ... BEST BIRTHDAY. We celebrated our daughters 20th Birthday.... everything was just perfect ... the Family Suite was gorgeous.... the Balloon decoration was more then expected and cake which we ordered before hand was made by the Chef ... that was just a cake from another level ... the staff was so friendly ... never experienced such a warm stay in any hotel in the world .... very grateful to the whole staff at this beautiful Hotel.. .
