Friendly, supportive staff and efficient check-in/out. However, the bar lacks a cozy ambiance due to bright lighting and an uninviting setup. For the price range, the breakfast coffee machine could be more upscale and should offer table service.. .

March Trip to Paris. We visited Paris for the first time since our honeymoon in 1990 and stayed at the Victoria Palace Hotel. The hotel was lovely and the staff were friendly. The room was spacious and had a small balcony and toilet/shower room with complimentary toiletries supplied. We forgot our travel plug and a member of staff kindly provided one for us. The breakfast was included and there was a selection of delicious food available. The hotel is central and within walking distance from the tube station. There are several restaurants close to the hotel and we enjoyed our stay.vWe visited The Eiffel Tower, Notre Damme and enjoyed a Cruise on the Seine. It was an enjoyable trip.. .

Exceptional Experience & Hospitality in Great Location!. Hotel was the best experience in all my travels to Paris! Staff were extremely welcoming & professional, location was perfect, decor & comfort were exceptional. I traveled all over the world for my job before I retired. This hotel is special. They even worked with my daughters to provide a Happy Birthday welcoming for me. This was also a special trip with my 3 daughters, coming from different directions to celebrate with me.. There is absolutely nothing I didn't like, Hotel was perfect..

A wonderful way to celebrate a birthday in Paris. A wonderful experience for a birthday trip. We were looked after exceptionally well with a magnificent view of the Eiffel Tower from our room and some lovely added touches on arrival.
A wonderful breakfast each morning looked after by Fanta and Nina making sure we had everything we wanted and needed. Everything was fresh and replenished well.
Organized taxis by the guys at reception and very helpful with looking after our luggage on the last day as we had a late flight. We’ll definitely be back! Perfect location and service. .
