Basement room was not obvious when advertised. It was cheapish and near the beach. The room was in an awful location, had I known we would be located in the basement we would have booked somewhere else. The only area that appeared to be a public space was closed very early - 21:30 Very hard to get information from the hostess, every conversation included confusion and communicating via her telephone..

We had a wonderful stay at this charming boutique hotel in Ocota town. The location is perfect—right on the beach and ju. Very clean, excellent location and friendly staff.. Nothing!.

Simple and clean option for a short stay.. Room was fine for its purpose: to have rest in that area. Street level but silence. Clean and spatious room. Comfortable bed. And a parking slot.. I wouldn't say I "don't like". But it was weird to deal with a guy at the reception (and in charge of everything) who couldn't speak A WORD in Spanish or English or any other EU language. Besides, the restaurant is permanently closed..

Historical. Room was large Building was beautiful. Breakfast 1/10 Towels 1/10 Staff information 1/10 Nobody on reception Very noisy.

Amazing. Nice location, beautiful view of the sea. Even though the train station was in reform, the walk from the closest station was quick and easy. Staff really welcomed us to the hotel and city. The room was clean, they even left brushes and dental paste for us.. The breakfast could be a buffet. The rest was perfect..

Would not be comfortable staying here again if facilities did not improve.. Good location comfortable bed and nice bathroom in good sized room in an attractive period property.. Property closed on arrival and incorrect night contact phone numbers given which led to great anxiety. Inability of staff being able to communicate in either English or Spanish for any kind of information or to be available when needed for assistance. Restaurant closed and no breakfast available as we had been led to believe -not even bottled water!.
