Way to go!. It doesn’t really matter what name is on the outside of a hotel — true quality comes from the people inside, and the staff here was absolutely outstanding. Every single person we interacted with was exceptional and genuinely kind.
A huge shoutout to Megan and Guido, who went above and beyond when our luggage was lost at AMS. They worked tirelessly for three days, coordinating with FCO and multiple contacts, until our bags were finally located and delivered. That level of care and persistence is rare and deeply appreciated.
Anytime we needed help arranging a driver or taxi, the front desk team handled it quickly and smoothly. There was some construction happening during our stay, but it was minimal and never disruptive. Our room was very clean, and housekeeping was efficient and consistent throughout our visit. Breakfast was good, well-organized, and easy to access each morning.
Overall, this was a wonderful experience, made special by the people who work here. Highly recommended — especially for travelers who value service and hospitality.

A Pleasant Surprise – Highly Recommended!. This hotel is one of the mid-range properties of the Hilton group. We have previously stayed at hotels in this segment in different countries, although we usually prefer higher-end Hilton brands. Therefore, our expectations were quite moderate.
However, this hotel exceeded our expectations by far.
The reception staff were polite and professional, and the room we were given was extremely comfortable. It was renovated, modern, and very well equipped — everything we needed was thoughtfully provided.
We had no issues at all with room cleanliness throughout our stay.
The breakfast was more than sufficient, and we truly enjoyed it every morning. The breakfast staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. In particular, we would like to thank the curly-haired lady who welcomed guests at the entrance, the gentleman around 50 years old who remembered our egg order after the first day, as well as the female and young male assistants. They took great care of us every morning — thank you all.
Another big advantage is the excellent location. Metro, bus, and tram stops are right in front of the hotel, making it very easy to reach the city center. Termini Station is only two stops away, or about a 15-minute walk.
We stayed here for five days and would definitely recommend this hotel without hesitation.. .
