. Die Mitarbeit an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist super, sehr zentral und sicher.
Leider ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig und die Fenster undicht. Das größte Problem ist die Sauberkeit, die Bettwäsche ist schon abgenutzt und es wurde nicht wirklich sauber gemacht, zudem wurde von den Putzkräften ein Mitbringsel von uns weggeworfen, dazu haben wir keine weiteren Infos mehr erhalten, nur dass es sein kann dass es beim aufräumen verschwunden ist. Sehr schade!. .

Very clean . The hotel was very clean which was a surprise for the price we paid. The furniture and how clean the hotel was, I would say makes it close to a 4 start standard. The location is very convenient, walking distance, from the tram station of Karakoy, the Karakoy pear, Glata towe and Glata Bridge. The Hotel is located on a hill so was a bit inconvenient to carrry the bags and suitcases but manageable. The staff was very friendly as most Turks are. However, I wasnt very pleased with the breakfast options.
I would recommend the hotel and consider staying there again with my next visit to Istanbul! . .

Muy buen hotel y moderno. El hotel es nuevo y sus instalaciones muy comodas, piso alfombrado, muy buena cama, tv, pava electrica, frigobar, secador de pelo, climatizador, todo funcionando excelente, la ducha es muy comoda y el agua caliente esta permanentemente.
En la recepcion hay gente las 24 hs.
Esta a 3 cuadras de la estacion Karakoy del metro T1. Del aeropuerto Atatürk al hotel, se hace una combinacion del metro M1 con el T1 y solo se caminan esas 3 cuadras hasta el hotel. La calle del hotel es en subida, pero la vereda tiene escalones amplios.
Esta a 2 cuadras de la Torre de Galata.
Sinceramente volveria.. .
