Not a 4 star hotel. This was the smallest hotel room I’ve ever seen. It was dirty and outdated. The walls were spongy to the touch. Very stuffy. Bathroom floor flooded while showering. Didn’t notice the 1/2 inch gap between the shower door and shower base until it was too late. The room was partially cleaned with sheet on the bed but cover left thrown on a chair.
The staff at the front desk were pleasant and helpful with our tourist questions. The breakfast was fine.
This was absolutely not a 4 star Hotel and it is overpriced so what it delivers.
Would not book this hotel again.. .

Great little hotel in an excellent location!. The location is awesome! We had a view of the Borghese gardens, and it’s an easy walk to lots of great restaurants. Breakfast was really good, too. We especially appreciated Angelo, at the front desk. He was so helpful and nice!. .

Jan 2025, our Rome visit 2nd hotel. Spent 3 nights in late January 25, the hotel on the surface looks ok but is in need of a renovation, location is good and the area is safe and quite easy to get the metro/bus for travelling around. It is shown as a 4 star and you pay an extra 7.5 euro per person per night tax based on the star rating, at best would class this as a 2/3 star only. The balcony terrace for breakfast is a small highlight but no hot food served/available. We struggled to keep the wifi logged in through a login system that feels dated from 1980s. The bedrooms are ok in size there is a fridge, roomsafe and kettle/cups provided but the shower is tiny and the toilet flushing system poor. We did stay at a similar class of hotel in Rome 3 weeks prior near the central station and it was much better. Can't recommend.. .
