Poor customer service, unpleasant experience. Bad experience, impossible to be in touch with the customer service, they were non able to answer on time to my request and had to book another hotel. .

It was ok.. We like the location, easy to get from and to the highway. Friendly and helpful staff when we checked in and checked out but unfortunately unhelpful and not kind staff on the night shift.. We asked if its possible to get a fan because was very warm in the room, 2 front desk employees promised to bring it to the room. 45min later and few unpicked calls to the front desk we went to ask again to be told that it is not possible. We got the feeling they were not happy to help as it was late(around 11pm on Saturday night)..

Amazing experience, would recommend. Easy to get to and easy to get to any attractions in the city.. Staff was amazing, they helped us with anything needed including printing some tickets for a concert we went to and also calling us to wake us up for our flight. The cleaning lady would come daily, even if there was no sign that the room needed cleaning but she cleaned it and it was good, very clean room.. Couldn’t say i didn’t like it but it could be something some people might take into consideration when planning on staying here, but the room had a window that could not be open but we had a fan in our room so that made up for it..

Exceptional. I like the location, METRO few steps from the hotel. Excellent breakfast, front desk crew very polite .. The only setback is the surrounding areas outside the building..... and the room din't have a small fridge..
