good and cozy hotel. Stayed 2 nights with a friend. Polite and helpful staff but, as you can expect all over Turkey, not a very good understanding of English. Breakfast is greatly offered in different packages but not self-service due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Rooms are cozy, clean, and beautiful with a good lighting system. The location is pleasing. One thing to complain, the space of toilet and bathroom are small in comparison with other popualr hotels.. .

Well-priced, good location business hotel.. Check-in was quick and easy. Friendly and polite staff. Room was a good size and bed was comfortable. Smell of smoking was present in hallways and in the room after a couple of hours (the first few hours the smell was of air deodorizer and cleaning products which was pleasant). We were able to open the windows for fresh air, but had to close at night when it got cold. Great price for a last-minute booking. Good location, a small convenience store around the corner and not far from some tourist spots (by taxi and on foot). Breakfast on the terrace roof had lots of options - food was fresh, tea was hot and the view was great! We were able to store our bags upon check-out. Staff were friendly throughout. As English speakers we did not have any issues throughout our stay with communication.. .

. It was such a pleasure staying at GUVENAY Business Hotel for 30 days. We would highly recommend this place as it’s in the center of the city and above all right from the reception, (Aykut, Mehmat, Begum , Inan, Merve) Bell desk (Ilyas, Saban, Bahadir), House Keeping (Shirin & Saniye), Breakfast staff (Nuran, Eagi,) was all so professional and amazing and they made our stay so comfortable and pleasant. We would like to thank them all especially Mr. Aykut is such a kind and amazing soul who has helped us every single day of our stay. Aykut made sure that we receive the best service and our stay was comfortable. Aykut is no doubt an asset to GUVENAY Business Hotel. We would love to stay at this hotel on our next visit to Ankara and would like to see Mr. Aykut again. 😊😊. .

. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und saubere Zimmer. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, sie haben uns herzlich empfangen. Vom Hotel bis zum Anitkabir Kontrolleingang sind es ca 6 Gehminuten. Sehr zentrales Hotel für die Sehenswürdigkeiten. . .

. They gave me the option to stay longer because of my situation in regards to flying to Antalya... and they kindly obliged. Highly recommended. I also recommend to check out Kahveci whenever you want a quick bite of something.. .

Daha iyi olabilirsiniz. Tek gece konakladığımız tesis merkezi bir konumdaydı bulmakta zorlanmadık. Odalar kesinlikle temiz değil halı ve yorgan kılıfı kirli ve lekeli, dolapta ise kadın saçı vardı. Geç giriş yaptığımız için uğraşmak istemedik ve uyuduk. Kahvaltı yeterliydi. Personel iyiydi. Temizliğe daha fazla önem verilirse güzel bir tesis.. .

Teşekkürler Güvenay Ailesi . Konum olarak sakin bir bölgede ve ulaşım bağlantıları çok iyi. Metro durağı yürüme mesafesinde. Anıtkabir yine yürüme mesafesinde. Kahvaltı servisi yapılan teras restaurantta Ankara ve Anıtkabir manzarası efsane. Odamız son derece konforluydu. Kahvaltı ise çok iyi. Çalışan arkadaşlar da her konuda yardımcı oldular. Biz aile olarak kaldık ve çok rahat ettik. Teşekkürler…. .
