SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM. I am absolutely furious! I originally booked for 11-12 February, but then my plans changed, so I rebooked for 8-9 February. Yet, when I tried to get my money back for the original booking, you outright refused! This is completely unacceptable! You are taking my money without providing the service I paid for. I demand a refund immediately!. This place is absolutely pathetic! The room was filthy, with hair all over the bed and the floor, and the air conditioning was so loud it was unbearable. On top of that, you refused to refund my money after I changed my booking dates from 11-12 February to 8-9 February. You care more about taking money than providing even basic service. I’m beyond frustrated with how terrible and unprofessional this hotel is!.

I absolutely recomend this hotel.. Me and my fiance stayed here. Everything was nice. The room was big, comfortable, clean. We were deluxe room. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff was kind and helpfull.. The location it was good about 10 minutes far from metro station Caglayan. A101 and Migros is near too..

Superb. The room has been big and clean, but a bit dark.
The staff has been very friendly and helpful, especially Begum. The other staffers were nice as well, e.g. Zafer and everyone else.
The breakfast has been very good. There was always something new every day. The ladies in the kitchen worked very hard and did a terrific job.
The hotel itself is approximately 7 minutes downhill from Caglayan and approximately 20-30 minutes uphill from Kagithane. Coming from Caglayan you have to go downhill, so the less abled or families with small children might want to take a taxi.
The hotel offers free rides to the Caglayan metro station, which is really nice.
The direct surroundings are not very attractive, but the hotel was nevertheless recommendable.. .
