Bad for the price they ask and no empathy. There were 2 good guys in the reception except one, also it was opened 24 hrs so it was good. One guy of the reception gave me a bad impression and treatment, they never ask me in the check in for the fees or taxes I didn’t know that and finally when I was doing my checkout (one day before I was stolen) he asked me the taxes, I told the Mister that I don’t have money and my sad situation, and he didn’t show empathy with me, I asked him for send them money after or pay after when I will have time, but he refused, I had to go to an ATM asking for a new method of payment and found the way to have the cash on that moment, it took a lot of time and I lost my flight..

Avoid At All Costs (BLACK MOLD!). The room is an overglorified walk-in-closet. The bathroom and shower is RIDDLED with black mold. The curtains are covered in stains, the walls are all dinged and covered in scuff marks and drywall patches. The bed feels like it’s going to snap in half under the weight of us (I’m only 100lbs, my husband is only 165lbs, so neither of us are large humans by any means). The receptionist said there was nothing he could do about the state of the room, and only offered to waive the tourist tax (so, 12€). I suggested he informs the cleaner to pay extra special attention to the bathroom when they come in to clean for the next guests.. .

Good value. I was very apprehensive after I had booked this hotel as many of the reviews were extremely negative. However the hotel was clean, the staff were pleasant and the location was good. Termini was a 10 min walk giving access to mainline trains and the metro. The Basilica of Mary Major was nearby and the major shopping street of Via Nationali was within walking distance. However there were few facilities besides a bed, no bar or breakfast room but again plenty of places near by. Would I stay here again? If on my own yes not sure if travelling with my family.. .

Very poor. Location. The shower in the bathroom was dirty, and it also takes 10-15 minutes for hot water to arrive. The bed is very hard and uncomfortable. The ventilation is very loud both during the day and at night, making it difficult for us to sleep..

Acceptable. Looking at the pictures we thought the hotel would be lovely but we ended up with the smallest room painted in a cold blue. There was not enough room to even put a suitcase on the floor! Luckily there was a wardrobe where we managed to fit all our belongings. The bed was so hard it was like sleeping on concrete with a thin pad over the top. The shower was so tiny it was hard to manoeuvre in it. There was building work going on in the hotel which was rather noisy and we had a burning smell on the last few days in the room. There were no coffee making facilities in the room. The TV (we didn't use it) was sitting on the tiny dressing table taking up all surface space even though there was a wall bracket right above it. The rooms are not remotely sound proof. The good points are the staff were friendly. The location good. The room was clean.. .
