The right choice. We booked our HelloSky Air Room at the Rome Airport because we had an early flight the next morning. Everything about the experience was fantastic. The booking process through Agoda, the reminder and welcome emails, the quiet and ample size of the room, amenities like water and coffee- every aspect was smooth and exceeded our expectations. Arriving at FCO aboard the Leonardo Da Vinci Express from Roma Termini, the signs to the place were very easy to follow. The staff at check-in and check-out were friendly. Check-in and Check-out times are reasonable too. On the day of our flight we conveniently walked to Terminal 3. We are extremely satisfied customers. I highly recommend HelloSky Air Rooms if you want to avoid the hustle of getting from the city to the airport for an early flight.. .

. If you're flying out of the Rome airport and need a place to sleep, this place can't be beat. It's extremely convenient, clean, comfortable, and quiet. The continental breakfast is fine, and you can walk around the airport shopping at all hours. I would stay here again.. .

Not for me…. The place in general is very white and stale. We stayed on the first floor (ground level) and it’s a round white floor with nothing on the walls, gives mental hospital vibes. The windows shades in the room have major gaps, and it faced a lighted walkway outside. If you’re looking for a solid night sleep at the airport prior to a 10 hour flight, it might not be a good option for you. If you’re looking to rest for a few hours, I would recommend. The lobby had a good assortment of food and drinks at a reasonable price. We will try the Hilton, also onsite, next time. . .

. Very convenient to the terminals, two walkways and you are there. In the morning we were at the terminal in like 2 minutes, I loved that. The room has everything you need for an overnight stay, clean, comfortable. My only thing is there was this huge bright light right outside of our window so our room was not as dark as I hoped it would be. It is probably for safety but it is a bit inconvenient and the window coverings do not block that very effectively.. .

. The hotel was very hard to find. The taxi driver had a hard time finding the hotel and when he did he told us to get out and walk behind his car. It would have been helpful to have more/better signage that indicated how to get to the hotel. Once we were inside the airport, we asked security how to get to the hotel and they didn't know. It was very frustrating especially since we were tired from flying all day. The hotel staff could have been more friendly, welcoming and helpful/useful. We were charged 1 euro per page to get our airline boarding documents printed, which we didn't mind paying but the person made us feel that we were a bother to them. Given the price for 1 night's stay, we do not plan on staying at this property again.. .

. We booked a night because we had an early flight the next morning. The reception area was clean and wide. Our room was in the basement - it was cold and damp. The washroom had black mold on it - so much so, I didn't shower. While the bed was comfortable, the humidity in the room made it feel wet. Would not return. . .

. I thought it would be a little more like a normal hotel bu it was kindof mor e like an outpost. .
