Stay away.. We left and booked another hotel. The pictures on booking looked both like our room. When we left they told us ‘those pictures may have been taken a long time ago”. We will be contacting booking to request a refund.. Does not mat h photos. Room was not clean and smelled bad..

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. The location of the hotel was good, very next to the Gar du Nord.. It is definitely not a 4 star hotel. No facilities that's makes it a 4 star hotel. The rooms were very smelly and badly built. I changed the first room that they gave to me because it had the Indian food odore which came from the restaurants downstairs. The room wasn't clean, and the wc was only cleand superficially, I could see all the dirt under it. My colleague also stayed at the same hotel and the room that they showed him to change had yellow marked sheets. The air conditioning in my room was heating in the beginning and never turning on back when the temperature was down. The stuff was OK with changing rooms but that was it. And the door locked was very creepy, it was lately changed and never got fixed, so anyone could just hack it to come in..

Not a 4 start hotel but distance to train station can't be beat.. Location is very convenient and the staff was helpful. The room wasn't quite what we expected... the washroom is awkward and this was not made evident in photos. Toilet is literally a water closet (ie. toilet only in small closet sized space), which is ok, but shower and sink/basin is on the other side of the room with no door (a little awkward when you are traveling with someone that is not your partner/spouse) Additionally in our room the doorknob on the toilet kept falling off. The rest of the room is adequate and comfortable..

Great hotel with beautiful and interesting room layouts a stone's throw from the Gare du Nord. I had a very spacious room that had a wonderful and unusual open plan layout. I really enjoyed it and wish I'd been staying longer, I was only staying for a night after arriving on a late train and departing in the morning on a train. (2 mins from the Gare du Nord). At least during my short stay, there was nothing not to like!.
