Great location, clean room. Excellent location Good sized room, including big bathroom Surprisingly large bed Small balcony but caught the morning sun so were able to eat breakfast outside. No kettle, cups and tea/coffee available in the room. No shower caps or soap in the bathroom.

Great hotel!. I could not fault the hotel at all! We booked a room with a view onto La Rambla, it was lovely and really comfortable. The room and hotel were spotless and the staff were very helpful. The location is ideal for central Barcelona and I would definitely recommend!. .

Avoid! Absolutely not worth the money. We are staying here right now, and what a disappointment for the money payed! The room is so much smaller than its showed in the photos, nothing like the photos. The room is a standard double room, so if you are used to a normal, decent standard double room, forget about it here! Not in this hotel! When taking shower the water was going through the door into the actual room, flooding it! We had to clean up before it went all over our bags (which yes where on the floor, because the room is so tiny that there is no where to put the bags except the floor). When told this at the reception, he asked maintenance to come in and fix it - which the guy did and did something to the shower drain. The problem wasn’t solved, as in the evening same problem occurred. Receptionist said no one raised this problem before, which was a lie by the reviews here! I asked about changing the room, as instead of enjoying the first day in Barcelona I have to sit and wait for this to be fixed, as I CAN’T get changed or get ready same time as having maintenance in the room! I complained at the reception, the guy was very rude and unhelpful saying he cannot do anything, don’t know his name, but it was the new shift on 22/03/2025. Came back to the room at night to find a bug in the shower! Horrible service and experience for the money! They won’t refund - obviously, and the guy at the reception didn’t even apologise for inconvenience, he said there is nothing to be done! AVOID!. .

Very good. Location was walking distance from everything.Easy access by public transportation.. Small room with sink in sleeping area. Clever design for small space but I didn't fancy it..

Shame about these few issues as I did like the hotel and great location.. Generally everything was great. Most of the staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. 1 or 2 were just there, didn’t greet you or smile. It was the cleanliness of the room that was my issue, the floor was not clean. It wasn’t swept/hoovered or mopped at all. I put a bag down and it got covered in dust. It stayed like that for the 3 days. Top of bin in bathroom filthy. Sofa dirty and uncomfortable. Could do with a bin in the room.. .

CLEANLINESS - NOT AT THIS HOTEL. Staff was very personal, professional and helpful. I thought it was a nasty bug but the front desk told me that the suspicious things were actually Afro hairballs. On the floor & near the corner of the bed on the corner by the pillow. DISGUSTING!!.

Exceptional. Room was extremely quiet, especially given its proximity to the street. Everything was perfectly clean. Two bottles of water were provided in the fridge free of charge. Relatively close to metro stations, about a 5 minute walk to Diagonal and Passeig Gracia stops.. .
