Very bad hotel and service. I want to save people from staying in this hotel!
I visiting hotels all over the world, very often and it was kinda big mistake to choose this hotel.
Stuff - unpolite, dont speak english, unprofessional at all!
Clean of the room - very bad. Yellow bathrooms, in the room smell of cigarrete - difficult to sleep.
After 1 days stay we changed the hote;, because it was impossible to stay and we issued the refund of money because we payed by card.
We are waiting for money return for 2 weeks! AND we call them and ask - what is the reason of delay, they said " we forgot", including that fact that we called them once a three day!!
I am very dissapointed and shocked!. .

. Mühürlenmiş otelde mecburen 2 gece konaklamak zorunda kaldık otelin 3 gece rezervasyonum vardı.Restaurant kısmı kapalıydı odalara kahvaltı vardiler,ve odaların duvarları o kadar inceki yan oda da prize fiş taksa duyuluyordu.. .

. The front desk staff were excellent, especially the guy with grey hair who worked in the afternoon. The hotel is very central, walking distance to the ferry (10 minute walk). Convenient store downstairs. Good breakfast (just needs scrambled eggs).. .

Amazing. Thank you for your amazing customer service, my room was what it looked like in the photos breakfast was delicious .. There is nothing more to say except can't wait to come back and this time will stay at this hotel for more than one night 😊. .
