worst experience possible. september was very hot in istambul but the ac was not working if you wanta a relax and calm place this is not it, room serve is horrible dirty, cleanig happens if they want, more expensive than agreed. advice dont look up for this place.. .

Exceptional. I got the room upgraded from single room shared bathroom to single room private bathroom by the hotel and loved it. The bed is comfy and there is a little fridge thrown in so some food could be kept. It has basic facilities but since it is used for sleeping it serves its purpose. The location is good, tried only buses since there is a bus stop across the street. It is surrounded by restaurants at cheaper prices since it is slightly behind touristy Taksim area. The receptionist and staff are good, polite and helpful. Really as advertised.. -.

Not recommended at all. I do not recommend this hostel. I wasn't happy there and even had some awful problems. Unfortunately i had a full prepayment (otelz.com) and couldn't refund. A terrible experience. I will not come back again.. .

Pleasant. The staff is very friendly and supportive. I chose the place as it's close to the city center and the price for a single room was nice.. My bathroom had a brown ceiling from the mold formed there..

Very good hotel. The hotel is really good according to the moderate price. The rooms are modest but nice. The most important is the a/c works perfect. The staff are very kind specially Ozkan, very helpful and speaks good English. Maintenance very quick. Location is very good. I recommend it for low budget travelers. Rarely to like a low budget hotel and in fact I am am a hard satisfies person even though really i liked it.. .

Passable for a person travelling solo like myself, but too spartan. staff is friendly and helpful, the room is clean. no fridge, no glass for water, one towel only, one sheet on the bed only and a topper. Very spartan conditions.
