Perfect Calming Summer Vacay. The team was excellent. Even though they were so young it was clear that they enjoyed what they were doing. The hospitality was very well. The food could have been better but overall stay was really good. It's like an island part of the play. If you want to relax and chill and swim in a quite hotel, that is a perfect choice. . .

The room wasn’t good , all the room had insects No one care , we complained to management he said i am not dr , i cant do any things , event after 2 night my wife poisoned and she was sick for 2 days after treated by dr in the city, no one was in hotel to help and sort out this problem for my wife .. i am not recommend it .. alao this hotel it is 30 min far from city You must get taxi …. .

. Big thumbs up to the Dalmer who was very helpful. Food was awful even which I paid extra for it and many guest complained about this and the quality control manager goes the food is amazing. Towels aren’t changed unless you tell them to do it, the reception guy wasn’t very helpful when we said we wanted a late checkout and we couldn’t but in fact the resort was empty. Location is good, most staff are very helpful, there’s no sports facilities apart from the gym but it mentions on their website they have everything. I personally wouldn’t recommend someone spending £2000 for a holiday here. . .

. Lovely quiet resort.
Good was great with lots of options and all freshly cooked yo order - but the location is remote so if you are there for a longer stay you might want to head out for more variety.
Only downside was lack of options in all inclusive drinks - with no cocktails included in the AI package, this was disappointing. . .
