Very enjoyable. Front desk staff extremely accommodating and friendly. Central location, very close to everything. Despite being April, the room was a bit too warm for us. More air flow would have been nice. Not a huge deal.

Amazing!. Very nice and cosy hotel with all shops and transport nearby. Staff were very nice and helpful, especially Brian Wallace and Baschen.. The lift was very small, only one person fits at a time, but that is a minor issue because the hotel was brilliant.

Great location and great stay. This hotel is located in a very convenient location. It is 2 mins from Arch de triomphe. There’s a central station that has the metro and RER red line on the next block. Lots of restaurant to pick from. Nice safe and quiet neighborhood. Champs de elysee is within walking distance about 2 mins away as well. This hotel has very professional and friendly staff. The room is very clean and the bed is extremely comfortable and big in comparison to Parisian standards.. .

Never. Air conditioning not working and extremely hot rooms. Overall staircase with lots of stains and dirty walls and curtains. Never back here again.
