The hotel itself is ok… however, the front desk staff is extremely dodgy… trying to play games, saying the reservation isn’t there, even though it is, trying to scam my colleague into “upgrading” the room for extra $50, when I’m fact being already had that “lux” room, not wiling to call the cab for us before we left, just absolutely horrible . .

. There are so many options when it comes to Istanbul, but I would choose this one again. It is very convenient to local transportation and the port. The front desk staff went above and beyond during my stay. When I said I preferred two beds they had housekeeping in the room before I even got up there. When I was struggling to get an Uber/taxi the bell hop personally got one for us and struck a deal, so we could get where we needed. They were extremely attentive and responsive. The rooms were awesome and big for a European city. The breakfast was extensive. I also appreciated the elevator had key card security which made me feel much safer. Furthermore, in the bathroom they provided all the basics including a toothbrush and toothpaste kit. would 100% recommend this hotel during a stay in Istanbul. . .

. I booked as I was swayed by the fabulous reviews. Very disappointed on arrival by the “sea view” that I had paid extra for. Nothing like the photo which was taken on level 7. Website photos are definitely misleading. Great big old building obstructing the view. Other comments about this have been buried under all the “10/10” reviews. Room was very average and was clean. Location convenient. . .

Alle Mitarbeiter waren mega freundlich nur am lächeln und hilfsbereit..
Das Hotel ist sehr zentral was ich sehr toll fand direkt in der Nähe Bahn und Taxi stände
Zu Eminönü muss man nur über die Brücke laufen man ist sofort da ich bin vom Hotel Mega positiv überrascht und werde nochmal kommen danke für alles . .

Decent place in convenient location. Business type hotel in very handy location-you can walk across Galata bridge to Sultanamet or stroll Karakoy easily.
