Awful service. Turkish Airlines use this hotel when they mess up flights!
The staff are so not friendly, the food is so bad and they treat you like a number. Our flight was delayed by 24 hours. They told us evening dinner is 7pm to 8pm. We have been sat since 7pm and it’s now 8pm and the dinner is not ready. At lunchtime my husband did not get a meal. Hated staying here. There is nothing to do around the area. We were literally stuck doing nothing.
The hotel staff said there is a mall near but you have to use a taxi and the taxi will have to wait whilst we go and will
