A Go to Spot for a Peaceful Stay. Super clean, charming, and quiet. Friendly staff, great breakfast. On a quiet street next to markets, shopping, and restaurants. I traveled solo, my room was small but cozy and well equipped. TV, mini bar, clean tea kettle, and wardrobe with safe. Clean bathroom with towel warmer and shower.. .

Good location; not worth the price.. Great location!. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The sheets and towels were clean but everything else at the property is run down and dirty, including chairs, carpets, curtains, decorative pillows, walls etc. The room was very very small. Definitely not worth the price paid for the stay..

Very nice guest service and welcome. Nice staff (desk and main staff).
Great bed. The room was small... but, it's Paris size.... The breakfast could be upgraded for the price (scrambled eggs? warm options? and better bread -it was pretty average).
The cleaning ladies didn't speak French OR English... a bit hard to communicate and I travel with my service dog, and the cleaning ladies were not super nice about my dog. The regular staff was! (regular staff and guest services were very friendly).
Also, I had to pay a fee for my service dog, which is OK, but not really following the Booking.com policy. That's OK. But be aware if you travel with your service dog (20 euros extra per night)
These are the reasons I rate it 8. But the rest was worth an 8 :)..

Simply Paris.. The location close to the Arc de Triomphe is fantastic. Nice area. This is good enough for Paris compared to similar experiences in hotels in the same area.. The room is small, just minimal space around the bed. There is not enough space to open luggage. The breakfast is simple. the same every day. The check in was not done well, and room keys had to be changed during the stay..
